Background
PawPals is a wholly fictional project that was born out of a quest to delve into the world of UX/UI design. The concept behind PawPals is an innovative app for pet parents, combining the elements of a social media platform with real-time pet tracking capabilities. The goal was to create an intuitive, user-centric interface that would cater to the needs of pet parents while fostering a vibrant pet-loving community.
The Challenge
Our challenge was two-fold: to design an engaging and user-friendly mobile app that seamlessly blended social media interaction with live pet tracking functionality. The design needed to be clean, minimalistic, and playful, emphasizing user experience while exuding a sense of warmth and joy.
The Solution
Our creative journey began with a deep dive into the world of pet parents. We envisioned PawPals as a vibrant, dynamic, and welcoming space where pet lovers could connect, share their furry friends' adventures, and offer support to one another.
The design approach was characterised by bright and bold colours, reflecting the vibrancy of pet-loving communities. These colours not only drew attention but also conveyed a sense of playfulness and energy, perfectly aligning with the app's purpose.
